CareCruze is hiring an experienced NEMT Dispatcher/Scheduler with hands-on experience using Indiana Medicaid broker portals. If you know how to manage high trip volume, coordinate drivers in real time, and keep schedules running smoothly under pressure, we want to hear from you.
PAY
- $18–$20/hour (based on experience)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Schedule and dispatch high-volume daily NEMT trips
- Manage trip assignments and updates through Indiana Medicaid broker portals
- Coordinate directly with drivers and monitor live trip activity
- Handle same-day changes, cancellations, add-ons, and reassignments
- Track ETAs, delays, no-shows, and trip completion status
- Maintain accurate trip records and required documentation
- Resolve rider and driver issues professionally and efficiently
- Ensure all trips meet broker compliance standards and timelines
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Based in or near Anderson, Indiana
- At least 1 year of recent NEMT dispatch experience
- Proven experience using Indiana Medicaid broker scheduling/routing portals
- Comfortable managing 50–100+ trips daily
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to stay calm in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with dispatch software and basic office tools
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
- Experience working with multiple broker portals
- Familiarity with Indiana counties, hospitals, and medical facilities
- Background in high-volume transportation dispatch operations
