Location: Sanford, ME (on-site)
Schedule: MondayFriday, 6:50am3:10pm (40 hours/week)

What youll be doing (day-to-day)
Youll help ensure units meet appearance and performance expectations before they move forward:
- Assemble and sub-assemble units by following blueprints, shop orders, and work instructions
- Perform/understand Soap Bubble and Filter Leak procedures (where required)
- Complete final inspections for overall appearance: panel fit-up, paint finish, cleanliness, etc.
- Take required airflow readings and verify basic unit operation/performance (as required)
- Document results accurately and generate an electronic Unit Test Report for each unit tested
- Maintain a high standard for squareness, fit, interchangeability of parts, and overall integrity of finished units
- Perform basic math (add/subtract/multiply/divide) as part of measuring and recording results
- Work as part of a team in a manufacturing line and meet takt times
- Cross-train in multiple areas of the Assembly department
- Focus on do it right the first time to support customer satisfaction
- Contribute to continuous improvement using Lean thinkinghelping reduce scrap/rework, waiting, excess motion, overprocessing, etc.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervision

What were looking for
- Manufacturing/assembly/production experience strongly preferred
- Comfortable following detailed instructions and recording data accurately
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing clean, high-quality work
- Dependable attendance and punctuality (being at your station ready to start is important)
Physical requirements
- Lift 1020 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs periodically
- Assist with two-person lifts up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, crawl, and climb as needed throughout an 8-hour shift
