Immediate Opening – Certified Pilates Instructor | Club Pilates Del Mar

Club Pilates Del Mar has an immediate opening for a Certified Pilates Instructor to join our growing team. We are actively interviewing qualified Reformer Pilates instructors with comprehensive Pilates certification and experience teaching group fitness classes. We are looking to fill available morning, evening, and weekend classes as soon as possible.

We are seeking an energetic, professional, and dependable instructor who is passionate about helping members improve their strength, mobility, balance, and overall wellness. The ideal candidate creates a welcoming class environment, provides clear instruction, and delivers safe, engaging workouts for members of all fitness and experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-quality group Reformer Pilates classes
• Provide clear instruction, demonstrations, and appropriate modifications
• Create a safe, positive, and encouraging studio environment
• Build strong relationships with members and support their fitness goals
• Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled classes
• Follow Club Pilates programming, safety standards, and studio procedures
• Assist with introductory classes, studio events, and member engagement as needed

Qualifications

• Comprehensive Pilates certification from a recognized training program
• Minimum 450 hours of Pilates education preferred
• Experience teaching Reformer Pilates or group fitness classes preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Professional, dependable, and enthusiastic
• Comfortable working with clients of varying fitness levels and physical limitations
• Early morning, evening, and weekend availability is preferred
