Position Summary
As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide non-medical support and companionship to clients in the comfort of their own homes. This role focuses not only on assisting with daily activities, but also on creating meaningful connections that enhance quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting)
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety monitoring
- Transport clients to appointments or errands as needed
- Document care activities and communicate with care team

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving or related experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and service-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance
- Current CPR certification
- Current TB test (within required timeframe)
- Ability to pass background check
