Job Description

A busy, fast-paced in-house legal team is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for an urgent temporary assignment (30+ days) starting next couple weeks. This is a great opportunity to step in, make an immediate impact, and support high-volume litigation matters.

Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and manage pleadings
  • Handle document production, organization, and tracking
  • Coordinate and manage communications across legal teams
  • Support litigation matters in U.S. federal and California state courts, with some international exposure
  • Assist with general litigation support as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong litigation paralegal experience (law firm or in-house) - federal experience required
  • Proven ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and hit the ground running

  • Schedule: 8-hour workday
  • Location: Chatsworth, CA
  • Work Model: 4 days on-site / 1 day remote
  • Parking: Available on-site
