Hours: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM - 3:00 AM

The Machine Operator job in Auburn, Maine requires a person who will be comfortable operating industrial packaging equipment as well as being flexible to other duties as they arise. Successful candidates will have a positive attitude, be reliable, and eager to collaborate with a team. This is a full time, 2nd shift position.
What Youll Do:
- Operate a variety of industrial packaging machines safely and efficiently to meet production targets.
- Perform routine troubleshooting and minor repairs to maintain equipment performance.
- Load raw materials and oversee the packaging process to ensure quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the work area to promote a safe workplace.
- Assist with equipment set-up and changeovers as needed for different production runs.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and improve workflows.
What Youll Bring:
- 1+ year of experience operating industrial machinery in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, lifting, and twisting throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, production environment that demands attention to detail and reliability.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and adhere to company procedures.
