Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a dedicated Immigration and Global Mobility Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As a vital member of the Human Resources department supporting the Global Mobility team, you will play a key role in managing immigration processes and international employee relocations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, proactive problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities, which will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the company's global success.

Pay Range:

What's the Job?

  • Support Immigration and Global Mobility team by auditing vendor invoices for accuracy and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Maintain vendor PR/PO records and alert management for timely payments.
  • Administer temporary visa extensions and amendments, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
  • Coordinate and prepare U.S. invitation letters and oversee global employee transfers.
  • Serve as a primary contact for employees, recruiters, and HR partners regarding immigration and relocation inquiries.
What's Needed?
  • 3-5+ years supporting corporate immigration and global mobility programs, with hands-on visa processing experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel skills including pivots and reporting.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, Oracle, SAP), case management tools, and AI tools (Copilot, Claude).
