Description

  • Prepare and file immigration cases, including L-1 and TN petitions and applications, with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and client needs.
  • Advise clients on immigration processes and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure timely case management and resolution.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Review and analyze legal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide guidance and support on legal strategies for immigration matters.

Profile

A successful Immigration Attorney should have:

  • A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to a state bar in the United States.
  • Experience with immigration law and case preparation.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
