Description
- Prepare and file immigration cases, including L-1 and TN petitions and applications, with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and client needs.
- Advise clients on immigration processes and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely case management and resolution.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Review and analyze legal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Provide guidance and support on legal strategies for immigration matters.

Profile
A successful Immigration Attorney should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to a state bar in the United States.
- Experience with immigration law and case preparation.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
