Job Title: Immigration Attorney

Location: Coral Springs, Florida (Bar Admission Required)

Salary: $110,000 – $160,000 per year

Position Overview:

A growing law practice is seeking a skilled Immigration Attorney with experience in removal and deportation defense to join its team. This role requires a strong background in Brazilian immigration matters and habeas corpus petitions, as well as the ability to effectively serve a diverse, primarily Latin American client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in removal defense and deportation proceedings before immigration courts
• Handle complex immigration litigation, including habeas corpus petitions
• Provide legal counsel on Brazilian immigration matters
• Prepare and file motions, appeals, and supporting legal documentation
• Advocate for clients in court and during immigration hearings
• Maintain strong client communication and case management

Qualifications:

• Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar (required)
• Proven experience in removal defense and deportation litigation
• Experience handling habeas corpus petitions in immigration contexts
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluency in Portuguese and/or Spanish
• Experience working with Latin American and Brazilian clients
• Cultural competency in working with diverse immigrant communities
• Prior experience in a high-volume immigration practice

Compensation & Benefits:
