We are seeking a Attorney for Immigration to connect with our legal team! We are searching for a candidate who likes to be challenged and has a strong work ethic. Candidate will manage Immigration cases.
Responsibilities:
Conduct research to support legal proceedings
Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents such as motions
Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Record and store client information
Attend cout hearings and trials appearance and support
-Be a team player with opportunity to be a partner depending on experiance and performance
Qualifications:
- Minimum two years experience as an Attorney in Immigration cases - Familiarity with legal research - Ability to prioritize and multitask - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Deadline and detail-oriented
