Case Manager TerraImm is seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Case Manager to join our Case Management Center, supporting Employment-Based and Family-Based units. This role is responsible for coordinating case workflows, managing documentation, tracking deadlines, and ensuring a smooth experience for clients and internal teams.This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple cases in a structured, fast-paced environment.What You'll Be DoingManage assigned Employment-Based and Family-Based cases from intake through completionServe as a primary point of contact for clients, employers, and internal teamsCollect, organize, and review required case documentationTrack deadlines, milestones, and next steps to ensure cases move forward efficientlyPrepare case summaries and internal notes for review by senior team members or attorneysMaintain accurate and up-to-date records in TerraImm's case management systemsCommunicate case updates clearly and professionally to clientsIdentify missing information, delays, or issues and escalate as neededEnsure confidentiality, accuracy, and consistency across all case filesWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience1–3 years of experience in case management, client services, or administrative supportStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple cases simultaneouslyComfortable working in a deadline-driven, process-oriented environment
