Position: Legal Assistant (Full-Time) Location: Portland, ME (On-site) Compensation:$ 60,000-80,000 (Dependent on Experience)

I am representing a highly regarded immigration practice in Portland, ME that is seeking more than just administrative support; they are looking for a dedicated advocate. This firm prides itself on providing high-touch, strategic legal counsel to immigrant community. The ideal candidate will view themselves as a vital partner in the legal process, directly contributing to the successful navigation of the U.S. immigration system for families and individuals throughout the region.

The Role

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), high-impact position within a fast-paced legal environment. You will be responsible for managing complex documentation and serving as a critical communication link for the firm's clientele.

Key Requirements:

• AA/AS required, BA/BS strongly preferred

• Experience & Education: Experience preferred, but not required.

• Operational Agility: Proven ability to work across multiple digital systems and handle a high-volume workload with precision and speed.

• Regional Commitment: Ability to work consistently from the firm’s Portland, ME office.
