Responsibilities:
  • Assist with preparation and filing of immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2, O, EB-2, PERM, and related classifications).
  • Prepare USCIS forms and draft support letters under attorney supervision.
  • Collect and organize client documentation.
  • Coordinate translations, credential evaluations, and filing logistics.
  • Track deadlines and maintain accurate case records.
  • Communicate with clients regarding required documents and case updates.
  • Conduct basic research on visa options and procedures as needed.

Qualifications:
  • 1–2 years of immigration experience, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or paralegal certificate.
  • Exposure to employment-based immigration filings is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with case management systems preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
