Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with preparation and filing of immigrant and non-immigrant visa petitions (H-1B, L-1, E-1/E-2, O, EB-2, PERM, and related classifications).
- Prepare USCIS forms and draft support letters under attorney supervision.
- Collect and organize client documentation.
- Coordinate translations, credential evaluations, and filing logistics.
- Track deadlines and maintain accurate case records.
- Communicate with clients regarding required documents and case updates.
- Conduct basic research on visa options and procedures as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of immigration experience, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or paralegal certificate.
- Exposure to employment-based immigration filings is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with case management systems preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
