Immigration Specialist

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Immigration Specialist in Cambridge, MA.

Duties Include:

• Manage U.S. non-immigrant and immigrant visa processes, including work permits and residency documentation
• Support global immigration matters and coordinate country-specific documentation requirements
• Partner with Service Managers and clients to prepare and complete visa, work permit, and residency applications accurately and in a timely manner
• Initiate and manage cases with outside immigration counsel as needed
• Collaborate with clients regarding sponsorship requirements and related documentation
• Coordinate with internal offices and employees across various countries to facilitate immigration processes
• Communicate with government agencies to obtain certifications and ensure regulatory compliance
• Maintain and update immigration files for employees on foreign assignments
• Track visa and work permit case progress and provide regular status updates
• Update internal databases with passport, visa, and assignment information
