The Narrative & Design VISTA will strengthen The Coalition's capacity to measure, document, and communicate organizational impact. The VISTA Volunteer will assess and refine existing systems for collecting impact stories and organizational accomplishments while developing and implementing a framework for tracking impact metrics across programs and initiatives. Throughout the service year, the VISTA Volunteer will maintain and improve these systems, collect and organize impact data and narratives, and translate information into written and visual communications products, including reports, newsletters, website content, graphics, and impact stories. The VISTA Volunteer will also support annual reporting efforts and develop documentation, templates, and tools that enable staff to sustain impact measurement, storytelling, and communications practices beyond the VISTA service term.
