Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT implementations, technology deployments, or infrastructure rollouts.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking environments, including Cisco and/or Meraki equipment.
• Proficiency in supporting iOS/iPad devices through MDM solutions like Intune, JAMF, or Workspace ONE.
• Strong network troubleshooting skills, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and field technicians during installations and migrations.

Preferences:

• Experience in retail store environments.
• Familiarity with Meraki MX, MS, and MR product lines.
• Experience with POS, payment devices, and store technology.
• Basic knowledge of cloud networking and SaaS application support.
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA, Meraki ECMS, or CompTIA Network+.
