    Description

    MAU is hiring an Implementation Lead in Atlanta, GA. As an Implementation Lead, you will lead administrative startup activities and project implementation for our client's new distribution centers while ensuring successful onboarding, operational readiness, and cross-functional coordination. This is a direct-hire position.

    Shift Information

    • Full-time, hourly nonexempt position
    • Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
    • Weekend work required as needed

    Required Education and Experience

    • Proven experience in an administrative or project coordination role, preferably supporting implementation, operations, logistics, or technology projects
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, Zoom, and Slack
    • Familiarity with project management or CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Trello, or Notion is a plus
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail

    Preferred Education and Experience

    • Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
    • Experience supporting project managers or implementation consultants
    • Understanding of implementation or onboarding workflows in software or SaaS environments

    Essential Functions

    • Lead and execute administrative startup activities for our client's new distribution centers, ensuring operational readiness from pre-opening through go-live
    • Coordinate new hire orientation, onboarding activities, travel logistics, training schedules, and team communications
    • Train, mentor, and support Distribution Center Administrators through training plans, standard operating procedures, job aids, and administrative best practices
    • Manage startup budgets, purchase orders, vendor relationships, invoicing, expense tracking, and financial administration
    • Oversee office setup, supplies, signage, uniforms, PPE, and administrative infrastructure during facility startups
    • Partner with General Managers, Talent Leaders, Operations Teams, contractors, suppliers, and Support Center stakeholders to ensure successful distribution center launches
    • Develop, standardize, and continuously improve administrative processes, procedures, and implementation strategies across startup locations
    • Serve as the primary administrative leader and trusted business partner, providing ongoing support, problem-solving, and stabilization assistance for newly launched distribution centers
    • Coordinate business travel arrangements for more than 100 team members and leaders, partnering with travel agencies to manage reservations, itineraries, and travel support

    Work Environment and Physical Demands

    • Primarily office-based position located within or adjacent to a warehouse environment
    • Regular exposure to refrigerated or frozen warehouse areas when coordinating operations
    • Occasional walking throughout warehouse facilities to communicate with staff or oversee logistics documentation
    • Exposure to varying warehouse noise levels, including forklifts and pallet jacks
    • Sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer or phone
    • Flexibility to support peak operational periods and startup activities
    • Required to wear appropriate PPE when entering active warehouse areas

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
    • Ability to frequently use a computer and telephone
    • Ability to occasionally lift office supplies or small packages weighing up to 25 pounds

    • Up to 75% travel required
