Compensation: $110K $145K + Benefits
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Implementation Engineer to bridge the gap between Sales, Onboarding, and Engineering. This is not a pure solutions architect role. This is a builder role.
You will work directly with customers pre- and post-sale to design and implement integrations across platforms like Shopify, ShipStation, WooCommerce, Commerce7, and other bespoke systems, while helping us scale onboarding through automation, scripting, and AI-driven process improvements.
You will report directly to the VP of Technology and play a key role in reducing onboarding time, improving system reliability, and building repeatable implementation playbooks.
What Youll Do
Configure and deploy integrations across:
Shopify, ShipStation (core)
WooCommerce, Commerce7 (frequent)
Set up and validate:
Order flows, inventory sync, routing logic, and fulfillment workflows
Shipping configurations, label generation, and carrier integrations (UPS, FedEx)
Ensure systems are configured for accuracy, scalability, and operational clarity
What Success Looks Like (612 Months)
Required Qualifications
46 years of experience in implementation, solutions engineering, or integration-focused roles
Hands-on experience with:
Shopify and/or ShipStation (required)
At least one of: WooCommerce, Commerce7, NetSuite
Strong experience with:
API integrations (REST, webhooks, Postman)
Debugging payloads and system-to-system data flows
Experience configuring and troubleshooting ecommerce and fulfillment workflows
Working knowledge of shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx) including rating, labeling, and fulfillment logic
