Job Summary
ActiveProspect is seeking an Implementation Engineer I to join our growing Customer Experience team. This is both a technical individual contributor and a client-facing role. You’ll be expected to have a technical understanding of modern web pages (HTML/JavaScript/CSS) and API integrations to successfully lead customer onboardings. You will be a foundational member of the Customer Experience team, working closely with Sales, Client Success Managers, Support Engineers, and clients. This person will be proficient in using our suite of products to efficiently problem-solve technical questions both pre- and post-sale to, create best practices and implement our ActiveProspect platform for new clients. You will become the "go-to" person for the implementation process and questions about how our products work. This is a demanding role that requires exceptional client relationship management, project management, communication, and technical skills. We are looking for candidates that are truly passionate about helping our clients on a daily basis.
