A leading enterprise software and data solutions company is seeking a full-time, remote Implementation Engineer to join its growing technical operations team. This role will support the deployment, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of proprietary software platforms across private cloud, public cloud, and customer-hosted environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong scripting and automation experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across implementation and engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Partner with project and technical teams to provision, configure, and deploy enterprise software solutions
  • Install and configure software platforms across cloud and customer-hosted environments
  • Develop and maintain automation tools and scripts using JavaScript, Python, PowerShell, and related technologies
  • Transform and validate customer-provided data for system compatibility
  • Monitor deployed systems, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems
  • Support software testing, system scalability, and performance initiatives
  • Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency efforts
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
  • 1–3 years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, implementation engineering, or related technical roles
  • Strong experience with JavaScript, Python, regular expressions, and scripting/automation tools
  • Familiarity with standard business applications and documentation practices
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • U.S. citizenship required
  • Ability to pass background screening and qualify for security clearance requirements
  • Must successfully complete a technical assessment
Preferred Qualifications
  • SQL experience
  • Experience with AWS, Azure, OCI, Google Cloud, SharePoint, or Exchange environments
  • Background in records management, enterprise data systems, or compliance-focused environments
Additional Details
  • Fully remote opportunity within the United States
  • Preference for candidates located in Eastern or Central time zones
  • Minimal travel required
