We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to lead the deployment, integration, and optimization of personalization and customer data platform (CDP) capabilities across digital experiences. This role partners with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Content, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable customer data foundations, audience strategies, and personalized customer journeys.

While Sitecore Personalize and Sitecore CDP experience is strongly preferred, candidates with deep experience implementing platforms such as Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium, Segment, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, configuration, testing, and optimization of personalization and CDP platforms.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements, audience strategies, data models, and implementation plans.
• Define and manage customer segmentation, identity resolution, event tracking, and data activation frameworks.
• Oversee integrations with CMS, analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and other business systems.
• Drive experimentation and optimization initiatives, including A/B testing and personalization use cases.
• Establish governance, documentation, implementation standards, and best practices.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of personalization initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience implementing personalization, marketing technology, digital experience, or CDP solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Sitecore Personalize/CDP or similar platforms such as Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform, Tealium, Segment, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization.
• Strong understanding of customer data architecture, audience segmentation, event tracking, and identity resolution.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical implementation plans and delivery roadmaps.
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, analytics platforms, and tagging frameworks.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating across technical and business teams.

Preferred

• Direct experience with Sitecore Personalize, Sitecore CDP, and/or Sitecore XM/XMC.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Adobe Analytics, or similar analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of experimentation frameworks, privacy regulations, and data governance practices.
• Experience in healthcare
