Job Title: Implementation Project ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead the successful onboarding and deployment of our platform for new and existing customers. This role is responsible for managing end‑to‑end implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, high customer satisfaction, and seamless coordination across internal and external stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end implementation projects , from kickoff through go‑live and transition to ongoing supportServe as the primary point of contact for customers during implementationDefine project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables in collaboration with clientsCoordinate cross‑functional teams including product, engineering, integrations, and customer successManage data migration, system configuration, and integration setup (e.g., HRIS, payroll, APIs)Identify risks, proactively resolve issues, and escalated when necessaryEnsure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectationsDrive customer adoption and readiness through training, documentation, and change management supportTrack and report on project progress, KPIs, and implementation healthMaintain detailed project documentation and ensure a smooth handoff to Customer SuccessQualifications3–7+ years of experience in project management , preferably in SaaS or technology implementationsProven experience managing client‑facing implementation projectsStrong understanding of software onboarding, integrations, and data workflowsExperience working with tools like Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, or similarExcellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environmentPMP, CSM, or similar certification is a plusExperienceExperience with HR software, payroll systems, or enterprise SaaS platformsFamiliarity with API integrations, SFTP, or data migration processesBackground working with mid‑market or enterprise clientsKey CompetenciesProject planning & executionStakeholder communicationProblem‑solving & risk managementCustomer focus & relationship managementAttention to detail & organization#J-18808-Ljbffr
