Implementation Specialist

Overview:
The EHR Implementation Specialist is responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation of behavioral health electronic health record (EHR) solutions. This role ensures successful deployment by managing planning, clinical workflow design, system configuration, training, and ongoing support to optimize client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute comprehensive implementation plans for client practices and agencies 
Collaborate with clients to analyze workflows, gather requirements, and configure DrCloudEHR to align with business processes and compliance standards 
Partner with engineering teams and clinical stakeholders to deliver customized EHR solutions 
Facilitate workflow redesign to help organizations maximize the value of EHR adoption 
Conduct and document clinic-specific clinical workflow analyses 
Develop and deliver structured training programs for end users based on established standards 
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal support teams 
Provide regular project updates to Program Managers and client stakeholders 
Deliver go-live and post-implementation support to ensure a smooth transition 
Ensure system security, patient confidentiality, and regulatory compliance 
Troubleshoot issues, prioritize resolutions, and recommend continuous improvements 
Coordinate communication between client teams and DrCloudEHR stakeholders 
Support sales efforts by demonstrating product capabilities to prospective clients 
 

Qualifications:

Strong understanding of behavioral health clinical workflows 
Prior experience with EHR implementation and training 
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences 
Experience analyzing EHR templates, documentation, and workflows 
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities 
Knowledge of medical billing and coding requirements 
Project management skills with the ability to engage clinical and business leaders 
Willingness to travel as needed
