We are hiring an Implementation Specialist to take customers from signed contract to successful product activation.

\n

\n

The Account Executive closes the customer.

\n

You get them live.

\n

\n

What you’ll do

\n

Lead customer onboarding sessions by video.

\n

Guide customers through account setup, installation, configuration, and integrations.

\n

Help customers connect SmartWiz to supported tax software.

\n

Train customers on core workflows.

\n

Guide customers through their first successful returns.

\n

Troubleshoot setup and technical issues.

\n

Escalate product issues with clear documentation and customer impact.

\n

Follow up with customers who have not completed onboarding.

\n

Track implementation milestones and next steps in HubSpot.

\n

Complete a clean handoff to Customer Success once the customer is live.

\n

Help improve onboarding processes and documentation.

\n

A college degree is not required.

\n

\n

Helpful experience

\n

\n

Software implementation, SaaS onboarding, technical support, IT, Customer Success, fintech, accounting software, tax software, HubSpot, or Spanish fluency.

\n

\n

Tax experience is helpful but not required. Paid SmartWiz Academy training is provided.

\n

\n

Compensation and growth

$65,000–$75,000 base

New hires work primarily from our headquarters during training, with up to two remote days available after certification and demonstrated performance.
