Implementation Specialist

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Implementation Specialist to lead the onboarding and setup of client programs, systems, and services for new and existing customers. This role serves as the primary point of contact during the implementation process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to ongoing account management while delivering exceptional client service. The ideal candidate is highly organized, excels at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and possesses strong communication and problem-solving skills. The is an Administration person with an understanding of finance and accounting terminology.

Position: Temp to Hire

Pay Rate : $20/hr.

Hours 8:00-5:00pm

Remote Position for East Coast Applicants

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end implementation process for new client accounts and service programs.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful and timely implementations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal departments, vendors, and stakeholders during the implementation phase.
• Conduct client onboarding meetings to review requirements, timelines, and expectations.
• Gather, review, and validate client data, documentation, and implementation requirements.
• Configure systems, account structures, and settings according to client specifications.
• Collaborate with Operations, Client Services, IT, Sales, and Account Management teams to ensure accurate setup and service delivery.
• Monitor implementation progress and proactively resolve issues that may impact project deadlines.
• Provide client training on systems, processes, and service offerings.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and implementation records.
• Ensure all implementations meet company standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance implementation efficiency and client satisfaction.

QualificationsRequired

• 2+ years of experience in implementation, project coordination, account management, customer onboarding, operations, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
