Job Title: Implementation Specialist Job Summary: The Implementation Specialist is an integral member of the Client Services team, responsible for leading the successful implementation of RevSpring's customer communication solutions. The primary responsibility of this position is to partner with customers throughout the implementation lifecycle by translating business requirements into technical solutions, coordinating cross-functional needs, configuring and validating customer solutions, and ensuring successful production deployment. This role serves as the primary implementation lead for assigned customer projects, guiding customers from project kickoff through go live while collaborating with multiple internal teams. The Implementation Specialist combines strong project management skills, technical aptitude, and customer consulting capabilities to deliver high-quality implementations that meet customer objectives and support long-term success. This position contributes directly to RevSpring's mission of delivering innovative customer communication solutions while supporting the company's leadership in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management and Financial Services.
