What you will accomplish in this role

The Implementation Specialist is a leader on our Expanse implementation projects and actively participates in the implementation of technology solutions for our physicians and clinicians. They lead teams and hospital staff through workflow analysis, action planning, system readiness, and go-live activities.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Develop scalable deployment plans for current technology solutions
  • Prioritize and execute large-scale implementation activities at a corporate, division, and facility level
  • Act as a mentor to new team members
  • Communicate project status amongst the team and up through project and department leadership
  • Deliver project deliverables with minimal guidance
  • Contribute to, manage and facilitate project and program meetings as assigned
  • Lead implementation project activities and meetings as assigned
  • Participate in discussions regarding key project decisions
  • Innovate new tools and processes to optimize our implementation methods

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 3+ years of experience implementations/healthcare implementations
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills
  • Good organizational and presentation/public speaking skills
  • Remote position with up to 75% travel required
