What You’ll Do:
- Act as the single point of contact for new clients and lead the full implementation process
- Define onboarding strategy, identify business priorities, and lead changes that enhance client satisfaction
- Review and analyze each client's current payroll practices to ensure a smooth transition
- Move new clients into GMS' internal payroll/tax system and integrate them into GMS procedures
- Gather all required documentation related to payroll processing and account setup
- Provide weekly progress updates to clients and internal stakeholders
- Train clients on GMS procedures, policies, payroll processes, and coordinate benefits training as needed
- Collaborate closely with all GMS departments to ensure a seamless transition to Operations and HR
- Overall, guide clients through this structured onboarding process and ensure a smooth, accurate transition into our systems
