We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Implementation Specialist to join our Field Operations team. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between Field Operations and stakeholders, responsible for orchestrating successful process launches and maintaining operational excellence. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating new process implementations, providing on-site support during critical phases, and managing comprehensive change initiatives.

As an Implementation Specialist, you will drive operational success through strategic stakeholder management, partnering closely with High-Volume Hiring teams, Talent Intelligence groups, and Business Managers to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives. You"ll be responsible for supporting User Acceptance Testing processes, gathering partner feedback, and maintaining strong relationships with Node leaders throughout your region.

Your operational responsibilities will include developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, managing contingency plans, and overseeing escalation protocols. You"ll play a crucial role in ACC/Offsite venue management and ensure smooth operational execution across all field sites. The position requires strong project management skills as you"ll manage the Field/CA intake process through Asana, handle SIM resolution, and lead weekly Friday calls to maintain operational alignment.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional change management capabilities, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and maintain effective partnerships across all levels of the organization. This role requires frequent travel within your assigned region to provide on-site implementation support during high-visibility launches and critical phases of new initiatives. You will be instrumental in supporting field realignment efforts and organizational changes while ensuring consistent execution of processes across your territory.

Key job responsibilities

In this role, you will:

Coordinate and manage new process launches to Field teams

Provide on-site implementation support during critical phases

Lead change management initiatives and strategies

Monitor and resolve real-time implementation issues

Oversee tactical execution of projects

Build and maintain partnerships with Node leaders

Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with High-Volume Hiring (HVH) and Talent Intelligence (TI) teams

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes

Gather and analyze feedback from I9, DT, ACCS (Yeti) partners

Manage relationships with Business Managers (BMs)

Operational Responsibility

Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Update stakeholder SOPs based on UAT and process changes

Develop and manage contingency plans

Handle escalation management

Oversee ACC/Offsite venue management

Field Support

Develop and maintain Field operation processes

Manage Field/CA intake process through Asana

Handle SIM resolution

Own and lead Friday calls

Support Field realignment and organizational changes

Regional Split

Role is divided into East and West regions, with each specialist responsible for their designated geographic area

Provide dedicated support during high-visibility launches in their region

Ensure consistent execution of processes across their territory

Build relationships with regional stakeholders
