Summary: Location: Minnetonka, MN Shift: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Work Mode: Onsite Responsibilities: Coordinate inbound and outbound shipment processes. Ensure compliance with U.S. Import & Export Regulations. Create Proforma Invoices and classify commodities according to HTS and/or Schedule B. Maintain updated FDA and other agency data, NAFTA Certificates of Origin. File Shippers Export Declarations and maintain shipment logs and filing systems. Track and follow up on shipments, provide logistics coordination and assistance. Conduct compliance audits and audit customs brokerage invoices. Requirements: 0-3 years of experience. High School Diploma or G.E.D. Knowledge of import/export logistics and international freight forwarding. Experience with HTS Classification. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). Preferred Skills: Experience in regulatory, EHS, and handling dangerous goods. Experience in high-volume environments like restaurants. Medical device industry experience. Analytical skills for dealing with data. Document management skills. Experience with SAP and Winchell. Quality Systems experience. Ability to read US Regulations and make determinations. Experience working with engineers and different product groups on technical specifications.
