The opportunity
Join Hitachi Energy as an Import/ Export Receiving and Shipping Coordinator and become a key part of a fast-paced, internationally connected team that keeps critical operations moving across borders. In this role, you will help ensure the seamless, compliant, and efficient flow of goods worldwide-supporting supply chain excellence and enabling innovative energy solutions to reach customers on time.

Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
How you'll make an impact
Coordinate international import and export shipments end-to-end
Prepare and process shipping documentation accurately
Partner with customs brokers, carriers, and internal teams
Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
Maintain detailed and compliant transaction records
Conduct audits to improve shipping accuracy and efficiency
Support hazardous materials compliance with global standards
Collaborate across teams to optimize supply chain performance
Your background
2+ years of experience in logistics, import/export, or related field
Solid understanding of customs regulations, HTS codes, and incoterms
Experience preparing import/export documentation
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is a plus
Effective communication skills; English fluency required
