Our client, a global leader in freight forwarding with more than 30 years of experience specializing in the transportation of wine & spirits, luxury goods, and other international cargo, is seeking a detail -oriented ISF Filing Coordinator<\/i><\/b> to join their Customs Brokerage team.

What You'll Do:<\/u><\/b>
<\/div><\/div>

• Prepare, review, and electronically transmit Import Security Filings (10+2) through ACE.
  <\/li>
• Ensure ISFs are filed accurately and within CBP regulatory deadlines.
  <\/li>
• Review commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and shipping documents for completeness.
  <\/li>
• Monitor accepted, rejected, and pending ISF filings and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  <\/li>
• Process amendments, corrections, and cancellations as shipment information changes.
  <\/li>
• Track vessel departures and monitor shipments approaching filing deadlines.
  <\/li>
• Coordinate with customers, overseas agents, freight forwarders, steamship lines, customs brokers, and internal teams.
  <\/li>
• Maintain accurate electronic records and support CBP compliance requirements.
  <\/li>
• Assist with responses to CBP inquiries and maintain complete documentation.

  Requirements:<\/u><\/b>
  <\/div>

  • 1–3+ years of experience in Import Security Filing (ISF), Customs Brokerage, Ocean <\/span>Imports, or Freight Forwarding.
    <\/li>
  • Working knowledge of CBP Import Security Filing (10+2) regulations.
    <\/li>
  • Experience reviewing import documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
    <\/li>
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
    <\/li>
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    <\/li>
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.

    Preferred Qualifications:<\/u><\/b>

    • Experience using the ACE Portal.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Experience processing high -volume ISF filings.
