If you're eager for your next opportunity, Imperial Dade is a great place to take that next step.Salary: $ 65,000 to $70,000 per yearMonday through Friday: 8am to 5pmYou will:* Collaborate with suppliers, negotiate delivery dates, and address any inquiries or issues related to product sourcing and importation.* Create, track, and manage purchase orders from initial placement to final delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.* Review all import documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork, to ensure compliance with regulations.* Coordinate with Global Trade Compliance on all HTS classifications on import items.* Clearly communicate and coordinate with freight carriers, purchasing teams, and warehouse operations to track purchase orders to the final destination.* Audit freight bills to ensure proper charges per negotiated contracts.* Provide accounts payable with accurate documents for overseas payment to suppliers.* Maintain all spec sheets for imported items.* Address and resolve any issues related to shipment delays, quality concerns, or discrepanciesYou have:* Bachelor's degree in a related discipline preferred* 3+ years of experience in import sourcing, sourcing, or procurement* Ability to use logic and innovative methods to solve problems and identify effective solutions.* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel - including lookups, data sourcing, formatting, pivot tables* Mandarin Chinese speaking experience is a big plus
