What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring service or repairs
- Listen carefully to customer concerns and recommend honest, value-driven solutions
- Clearly explain repair needs and keep customers informed throughout the process
- Manage appointments and workflow efficiently to maximize productivity
- Stay up to date on products, services, and training initiatives
- Follow up with customers to build long-term relationships and repeat business
- Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores by resolving concerns promptly and professionally
What You Bring
- Strong work ethic and a customer-first mindset
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1–5 years of automotive service experience (preferred)
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A drive to learn, improve, and exceed expectations
