We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Importer Security Filing (ISF) Data Processor to join our dynamic team in the Manufacturing industry. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of ISF data processing, ensuring that all import security filings are accurate, timely, and compliant with all applicable regulations.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire ISF process from start to finish, ensuring that all data is accurately entered and processed in a timely manner.
2. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant import regulations, including those related to ISF.
3. Work closely with various departments, including shipping, to ensure that all necessary information is obtained and accurately reflected in ISF filings.
4. Regularly review and update ISF procedures to ensure compliance with all changes in regulations.
5. Resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the ISF process in a timely and effective manner.
6. Prepare and submit regular reports on ISF activities, highlighting any issues or areas of concern.
7. Provide training and guidance to other team members on ISF procedures and regulations.
8. Work closely with customs brokers and other external parties to ensure that all ISF filings are accurate and compliant.
9. Continually look for ways to improve the ISF process, increasing efficiency and reducing the risk of non-compliance.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, with a specific focus on ISF data processing.
3. Strong understanding of import regulations and ISF requirements.
4. Excellent data entry skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex regulations and procedures to others.
7. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
8. Proficiency in relevant software applications, including data entry and management systems.
9. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
10. Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of data accuracy and compliance.
