The salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$110,000.00 annually. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package of medical, dental, vision, life, AD&D, 401k with company match, employee purchase program (where licensed) and paid time off. If you are hired at Winebow, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer.
The Imports Wine Specialist is responsible for driving growth, visibility, and brand execution across a diverse portfolio of imported and domestic wines and artisanal spirits - including both high-volume flagship brands, iconic brands and emerging category brands. This role overlays multiple customer segments, combining strategic selling, account management, and brand education to ensure excellence in-market.
You will serve as the primary field expert in your territory, shaping customer relationships, influencing distributor and retailer partners, and elevating brand knowledge through training and activation. Working across key accounts, influential retailer, and strategic partners, you will be the face of our brand in the territory - building relationships, driving velocity, shaping in-market execution, and elevating brand perception at every touchpoint. This role blends high-touch field selling with premium brand storytelling, ensuring our portfolio is represented with excellence across the market.
