IYT''s Mentor Fellowship Program is an opportunity for diverse college or recent high school and college graduates and emerging leaders to develop strong, innovative, and empathetic leadership skills while supporting young scholars of color on their journey to and through college. Mentor Fellows serve at middle school, high school or local college campuses providing valuable mentorship and academic support to IYT participants in one of our signature programs; College Academy, IYT Community College, or IYT University. Member Duties : As a College Access Mentor, you will join a nation-wide movement to help increase the college going rates among middle school and high school students enrolled in Improve Your Tomorrow's College Academy program. This is an opportunity to empower students through mentorship, academic support, college advising, parent engagement, college tours, weekend and evening events and engaging after school programs.
