Current Opening Job Scope:

• Looking for experienced nurses who want to work one-on-one with families in their homes
• Complete person-centered care, including medication management, monitoring of underlying health conditions
• Skilled nursing requirements vary
• Working collaboratively with other private nurses and an experienced nurse case manager

General Schedule: Daytime and nighttime shifts, depending on specific client needs Location: Western Suburbs Pay: Starting at $45/hr, depending on experience and skillset
