Business Analyst Opportunity in Indianapolis, IN

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and enhance business processes and workflows in alignment with DCS goals.
  • Collaborate with MaGIK sub-teams to ensure seamless integration and project success.
  • Deliver technical business solutions while managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop technical standards, procedures, and policies for system improvements.
  • Translate complex financial operations into scalable IT system requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in business process analysis and documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, traceability matrices)
  • Proficiency in business process modeling and workflow design using Visio, BPMN, or similar tools
  • Experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience in system testing, including test case development and UAT execution
  • Proficient in data analysis using SQL, advanced Excel, or Power BI
  • Experience with enterprise platforms like Salesforce or ERP systems

Preferences

  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Business Analyst
  • Knowledge of Child Welfare systems
  • PBA/CBAP Certification
  • MCSE/CSEP Certification
