Job Title: Senior Systems / DevOps Architect
We are seeking a skilled Architect responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of software architecture while providing day-to-day technical guidance to engineering teams. In this role, you will design, deploy, and maintain robust cloud infrastructure, manage Kubernetes clusters, and collaborate across functional teams to build scalable, secure, and automated solutions.
Design, deploy, and maintain secure cloud infrastructure using AWS services (including EC2, EFS, RDS, ALB, IAM, and S3).
Manage, operate, and troubleshoot Kubernetes/EKS clusters, including deployments and complex integrations.
Support event-driven scaling in Kubernetes using tools like KEDA and manage deployments via Helm charts.
Oversee ingress routing utilizing NGINX Ingress or NGINX Gateway.
Set up and maintain monitoring, observability, and alerting pipelines using Prometheus, Alertmanager, and Grafana.
Centralize and forward system logs efficiently using Fluent Bit and Splunk.
Develop, implement, and support document generation or automated workflow solutions.
Work with diverse database environments including MongoDB and advanced vector-based database extensions (pgvector).
Design, test, and execute comprehensive system backup and recovery procedures.
Translate complex business needs and requirements from multiple sources into actionable technical architecture.
Provide day-to-day technical guidance, system performance tuning recommendations, and operational best practices to development teams.
Manage identity and access infrastructure via Keycloak.
Utilize Agile frameworks alongside tools like Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket to track progress and maintain technical diagrams and operational documentation.
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Certification: Active AWS Certification.
Cloud & Orchestration:
5+ years of hands-on experience with core AWS services (EC2, EFS, RDS, ALB, IAM, S3, Lambda).
5+ years managing, configuring, and troubleshooting enterprise Kubernetes/EKS environments.
Automation & Enterprise Tooling:
5+ years of experience with document generation or automation platforms (e.g., SmartDocuments, DocuSign CLM, Adobe PDF Services).
5+ years of writing automation and configuration management scripts for both Linux and Windows environments.
3+ years managing CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
Methodology: 3+ years working actively within Agile frameworks.
Soft Skills: Strong oral/written communication skills, excellent analytical capabilities, a results-oriented approach to deadlines, and a strong willingness to learn new application platforms.
