We’re looking for an experienced
In-Ground Pool Technician to join our service team. This role includes maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, liner replacements, openings/closings, and equipment installs for residential in-ground pools. Ideal candidates are reliable, mechanically inclined, and customer-focused.
Responsibilities:
- Routine pool maintenance & water testing
- Diagnose/repair pumps, heaters, filters, plumbing, salt systems, automation
- Install & service equipment
- In-ground liner replacements
- Pool openings/closings (start-up & winterizing)
- Maintain service records & communicate with office
- Provide customer guidance & care instructions
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years pool tech experience (in-ground preferred)
- Strong mechanical/problem-solving skills
- Able to lift 50+ lbs & work outdoors
- Valid driver’s license; clean record
- Comfortable using mobile apps/service software
