In-Home Aide and Companion - PRN

Come join Givens Home First! As part of the nonprofit Givens Communities, Givens Home First supports residents within our communities and the surrounding WNC area so you can truly get to know the people you support. As an In-Home Aide and Companion, you'll have the opportunity to get to know your clients one-on-one, helping them live a healthy, happy, and safe life at home. 

We’re looking for PRN In-Home Aide and Companions (less than 20hrs per week), with opportunities to move to PT of FT.

What you'll do:

• Provide Companionship and emotional support 
• Assist with daily tasks (ADLs & IADLs) like errands, meals, and housekeeping
• Support clients with household organization and routines
• Communicate updates to the care team
• Document visits and follow care plans

What you'll need:

• Must have an active, unencumbered NC drivers license
• Ability to assist with mobility and daily tasks
• Current CPR Certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience preferred, but not required

Compensation is $17.00-$18.00 per hour based on experience, plus shift differentials!
