Overview


Join our compassionate team as an In-home Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring personalized care. In this vital role, you will provide hands-on assistance with daily activities, monitor patient health, and support overall well-being within the comfort of their homes. Responsibilities


  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions.
  • Provide companionship and ensure clients' comfort and safety.
  • Follow each client's individualized care plan.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
Qualifications


  • Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent licensure required.
  • Proven experience working with geriatric patients or individuals with disabilities in home healthcare or long-term care settings.
  • Ability to assist with ADLs efficiently while demonstrating empathy and patience.
  • Knowledge of home health care assistance regulations and best practices for client safety and confidentiality.
  • Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary and use patient transfer methods safely.
  • Has a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
  • Hoyer Lift experience is preferred
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Mon / Wed / Fri: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (3 hrs/day)
Tue / Thu: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (4 hrs/day)
