What You’ll Do
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues across common home appliances: refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers.
Complete high-quality repairs and preventative maintenance with an eye for detail and safety.
Explain findings and repair options to customers in clear, friendly language.
Document every visit—service details, parts used, and next steps—accurately and on time.
Stay current on the latest appliance technologies and repair methods.

What You Bring
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in appliance repair is a plus.
Hands-on experience as an appliance repair technician or in a closely related role.
Strong diagnostic skills, attention to detail, and a drive to solve problems.
