Part-Time Caregiver Opportunity in Middleton – $20/Hour | Evening Hours Tailored to Your Schedule**

Are you seeking a part-time job that offers competitive compensation while seamlessly integrating into your lifestyle and providing genuine fulfillment? Look no further!

We are seeking empathetic and dedicated individuals to fill caregiving positions that pay $20.00 per hour, providing support and companionship to a resident in Middleton. What distinguishes this role? You will be employed directly by the individual you will be assisting—eliminating agency interference. At Support Broker Services, LLC, we facilitate the connection between you and your client, guiding you through the process to foster a genuine, one-on-one bond where your contributions are truly valued.

Why This Role is Unique:
Unlike being a mere face in a large organization, you will work intimately with a single individual whose care is funded through the IRIS or Family Care long-term care program. Support Broker Services, LLC will assist you in establishing this connection and navigating the program, but you will be directly employed by the individual—creating a foundation built on trust, respect, and collaborative engagement.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care: Provide assistance with grooming and hygiene while promoting independence.
  • Household Support: Aid with laundry, dishes, and light housekeeping to maintain a safe and comfortable living environment.
  • Companionship: Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to enhance the client’s day.
  • Goal Achievement: Encourage your client in reaching personal milestones and enjoying their favorite activities.
  • Errands & Transportation: Handle grocery shopping, pharmacy visits, and provide transportation to appointments and outings.

Who We’re Looking For:
  • Individuals who are patient, encouraging, and eager to make a significant impact.
  • Dependable, trustworthy people who can be counted on.
  • A valid driver’s license and insurance (you will need to travel to the client’s residence and assist with errands).
  • Ability to regularly commute to Middleton.
  • A respectful attitude towards the client’s privacy and dignity.

Hours & Compensation:
  • Pay: $20.00/hour, sourced through the client’s long-term care funding.
  • Schedule: Part-time and flexible, primarily from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. We’ll collaborate with you to identify days that suit your availability.
  • A vehicle is essential during these hours for travel and running errands.
  • Ideal for: Students, busy parents, or anyone seeking extra income while making a positive contribution to the community.

Why You’ll Enjoy This Role:
  • Immediate Impact: Witness the positive changes your care brings right away.
  • Transferable Skills: Cultivate caregiving and interpersonal skills that enhance your life and others.

Ready to engage in meaningful work? Apply now and embark on a fulfilling caregiving journey.
