A Meaningful Part-Time Caregiving Role in Middleton – $20/Hour, Flexible Evenings.
Earn income that fits your life while making a real difference right in your own community.

If you’re looking for part-time work that feels as good as it pays, this is it. You’ll earn $20.00 an hour providing essential support and heartfelt companionship to someone in Middleton. And here’s what makes this role truly distinctive: you’ll be hired directly by the individual you care for, not by an agency. Support Broker Services, LLC simply facilitates the connection, helping you step into a one-on-one, personal relationship where your presence truly matters.

Why This Role Feels Different:
Instead of working for a faceless company, you become a direct employee of the person you support—funded through their IRIS or Family Care long-term care program. Support Broker Services, LLC is here to connect you with that individual and help navigate the program, but your employment relationship is with the client. This creates a deeply personal, collaborative experience that centers on trust, mutual respect, and genuine connection.

What You’ll Do Each Shift:
  • Personal Assistance: Offer kind, respectful help with daily grooming and hygiene, always encouraging independence.
  • Household Tasks: Keep a warm, safe home by assisting with laundry, dishes, and general tidying.
  • Friendly Companionship: Engage in uplifting conversation and shared activities that spark joy and connection.
  • Encouragement Toward Personal Goals: Support your client in reaching their milestones and adding more of what they love to each day.
  • Errands & Transportation: Help with occasional errands (grocery pickups, pharmacy runs, etc.) and provide transport to/from appointments or outings.

Who You Are:
  • Patient, cheerful, and genuinely dedicated to helping others.
  • Reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Must have your own vehicle and valid driver’s insurance – this is required for the role. You will need transportation to and from the client’s home, and you must be able to run errands as needed.
  • Willing to travel consistently to Middleton.
  • Respectful of the privacy and dignity of the person you support.

Schedule & Pay Details:
  • Pay: $20.00 per hour, funded through the client’s long-term care program.
  • Hours: Part-time, flexible—primarily 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM. We’re happy to coordinate specific days that work with your life.
  • Vehicle requirement applies during these hours – your car is essential for getting to/from shifts and handling errands.

Great Fit For:
Students, busy parents, or anyone wanting to earn extra income while creating a significant impact in their community.

What Makes This Opportunity Special:
  • Immediate Impact: Experience the rewarding effects of your care and compassion firsthand.
  • Valuable Experience: Gain essential skills in personal support and communication that will serve you for a lifetime.
  • Welcoming Environment: Thrive in a space where uniqueness is celebrated and genuine connections are fostered.

Ready to Make a Difference?
Reach out today, and Support Broker Services, LLC will facilitate your connection directly to the client for next steps. Please note that job placement follows the standard onboarding requirements set by the long-term care program, and your employment will be with the individual, not with Support Broker Services.
