Open Arms Solutions is hiring compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers in Northbrook, Wilmette, Evanston, IL, and nearby North Shore communities.

If you enjoy providing one-on-one care and helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home, we’d love to meet you!

What You’ll Do

Provide one-on-one, non-medical in-home care based on each client’s individual needs.

Responsibilities may include:

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Companionship and meaningful social engagement
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Meal preparation and hydration reminders
• Medication reminders
• Transportation to appointments, errands, and activities
• Monitoring client well-being and documenting daily care activities

Primary Service Areas: Northbrook, Wilmette & Evanston, IL

We are especially looking for caregivers available to work with clients in:

• Northbrook
• Wilmette
• Evanston
• Glenview
• Winnetka
• Skokie
• Morton Grove
• Niles
• Deerfield
• Glencoe
• Highland Park
• Park Ridge
• Nearby North Shore communities

Caregivers who live in or near Northbrook, Wilmette, Evanston, or surrounding communities and are willing to travel to nearby client homes are strongly encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience within the last 2 years
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to nearby client homes
• Valid Driver’s License or State ID
• Smartphone for communication and care documentation
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Ability to pass a background check
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
