    Caregiver Job Description

    Position Summary:
    The Caregiver provides compassionate, non-medical care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence, safety, and quality of life.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance.

    • Provide companionship and emotional support.

    • Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.

    • Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, washing dishes, changing linens, and maintaining a clean environment.

    • Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities.

    • Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition or well-being.

    • Follow the client's care plan and company policies.

    • Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with supervisors and family members.

    Qualifications

    • Compassionate, reliable, and patient.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Previous Caregiving experience is required.

    • Ability to pass background screening and meet company hiring requirements.

    • Reliable transportation is preferred.

    • Bilingual-Spanish
