About the Role:ComForCare Home Health Care - Hilton Head is looking for a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregiver to join our growing team in beautiful Hilton Head, SC. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors and individuals who need support to live safely and comfortably at home. Responsibilities:- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to ensure safety at home
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping duties including laundry, cleaning, and tidying living spaces
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Assist with medication reminders and monitor client health and well-being
- Transport clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
- Document and report any changes in client condition to supervisors
Requirements:- Prior experience in caregiving, home health, or a related field preferred
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly or disabled individuals
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
